Ingredients:
- 2 lemons, juiced to the grinding shell
- 2-3 peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 24-30 shrimp, peeled shrimp only take
Method:
- Preheat non-stick pan.
