Ingredients:
- 800g lamb cutlets (available in supermarkets)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil and vinegar extract
- 1 clove garlic, cut into 4
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 slice of lemon
Method:
Mix olive oil and vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in a bowl.
For the lamb cutlets and stir to evenly spiced ribs. Marinate ribs in 30 minutes.
Then the flame grilled lamb chops on high 2-3 minutes per side slopes. Afterwards, enjoy hot grilled lamb chops with lemon squeezed over it.
